DEPOSITS / CANCELATIONS

• Each photo shoot requires a deposit of ($20.00) which goes towards your shoot. The deposit fee is non-refundable for cancellations. NO EXCEPTIONS. 

• Each slide show requires a deposit of ($10.00)  which goes towards your slide show. The deposit fee is non-refundable for cancellations. NO EXCEPTIONS.

LATE FEES

• If late to a photo shoot, late fees will be acquired. (10mins) after which your appointment time was booked. You will be charged $1 For Every Minute Your Not There. If (30mins) Late to any booking your Appointment will AUTOMATICALLY be cancelled. NO EXCEPTIONS. NO RESCHEDULING. You will be required to fully re-book a Different time and date including a new non-refundable deposit.

POLICY

• Consultations are required before all bookings. Please Contact TOP6PRODUCTIONS Via phone number (407-639-0094) When you have selected a date, time and package. 

• ALL Holiday/Special Bookings must be paid in full before the booking date. All Other Bookings besides Holiday/Special bookings must be paid in full prior to the booking date or immediately after the shoot. NO EXCEPTIONS.

• Absolutely No rescheduling on the day of your booking.  All Rescheduling's must be (24hrs) Before your booking date. NO EXCEPTIONS.

• If Bookings are located outside of Orlando within a (100mile) Radios there will be a ($50-$200) Travel Expense Fee.

• Turnaround time is (2-3) business days after your Desired booking date. There is a same day fee of ($50) for pictures and ($100-$200) for videos Available if requested.

• Weather can be a headache. Don't worry!! In the case of inclement weather, you can reschedule a shoot free of charge. However If you choose to shoot in inclement weather, there will be no makeup dates given.

• TOP6PRODUCTIONS will not make reservations for Event/Reception centers, churches, buildings, properties, or any other locations to operate. CLIENTS must obtain all permissions necessary for PHOTOGRAPHER to photograph or VIDEOGRAPHER to videography at any Requested Location. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation. NO EXCEPTIONS. 

• ALL IMAGES/VIDEOS POSTED MUST GIVE PHOTO/VIDEO CREDIT to @TOP6PRODUCTIONS.
